You have the options to pay with all types of VISA and Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We do not charge any card fees. The amount will be deducted from your card when the package has been shipped.

Delivery information

We ship all orders with GLS Denmark A/S. The shipping price is 79 SEK for all packages delivered to your chosen address, and 49 SEK for packages delivered to a chosen GLS shop. We offer free delivery for purchases over 999 SEK with GLS. We currently ship to Sweden and Denmark, for the Danish website please visit You can expect a 2-5 days delivery time within weekdays. Please notice that delays can occur during major trading days, e.g. Black Friday.

Right of cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel when shopping with us.

The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day you received the product(s). If you ordered multiple products at once, and they are delivered separately the 14 days will count after the last received package.

The right of cancellation means that you have 14 days from receiving the package(s) to let us know that you have regretted the purchase. You can inform us by email to or make use of our return portal. Please indicate your order number and items you wish to cancel your purchase of.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the package(s) without notifying us at the same time.

Cancel parts of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. The cost of returning the item(s) is 49 SEK by use of our return portal. If you do not use our return portal, we cannot guarantee the price of the return shipping, and you must expect the costs to be significantly higher.

The condition of the item(s) when returning

If the item(s) has lost value and it is because of unnecessary usage by you to determine the item’s nature, properties, and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item(s), and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you send the item back in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item(s).

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the purchase.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item(s) unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.

This means that you have the right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

To complain, please send us a description and photos of the error to, and we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

In some cases, we will ask you to send the item(s) back to us. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item(s) must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
